International Netsuke Society Convention 6th June 2017

The biennial International Netsuke Society Convention this year will be held in Germany, Cologne 6-10th June 2017, for the first time and promises to have netsuke galore for collectors to study, handle – and possibly even buy. I will be exhibiting in the dealers’ rooms which will be located at:

Park Inn by Radisson Cologne City West Hotel
Innere Kanalstrasse15 – D-50823 – Cologne – Germany

There will be an opening reception in the dealers’ rooms for convention delegates  from 5-7pm on the 6th June, and thereafter the exhibitions will be open to the public from 2-6pm from Wednesday through Friday, and on Saturday from 2-5pm. Entrance is free.

The convention will feature a full lecture and seminar programme each morning, with a temporary loan exhibition of netsuke from German collections at the nearly Museum für
Ostasiatische Kunst. (A fully illustrated catalogue of the exhibition will be available for purchase).
