Unsigned tiger netsuke

A bold wood tiger poses watchfully, its head is dipped and jutting forward as its long tail flickers in irritation across its back and up to its hunched shoulders. The front legs are tensed as it prepares to unleash itself against an unseen foe. The coat markings are softened with wear and the wood has developed a fine patina. The eye pupils are inlaid in dark horn.
